My academic pursuits have taken me through Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy, a Master of Public Health from Staffordshire University, and an MSc in Sociology & Anthropology. I'm a Project Management Professional (PMP) and know PROSCI-ADKAR Organizational Change Management. I'm also a Scrum Master.
Experience
I have lectured in colleges and universities, anchoring in Social/Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, and Anthropology. I successfully managed many multi-million dollar projects from Initiation to Closing and applied the integrated elements of PRINCE2. I've delivered several international conference papers and lectures on public health topics and facilitated group training on preventive health and health systems strengthening. I've also successfully prepared candidates for PMP and PRINCE2. I facilitate training sessions for 2 global training institutions. As a tutor, I have the practical experience to fall back on, guiding my students to relating and simulating the study materials to their real working life situations.
