Private tutor in Winnipeg, Canada
Education
PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manitoba (GPA: 4.27/4.50)
Experience
I taught mathematics to elementary and high school students (all grades) for several years. I also have had a chance to be a teacher assistant at U of M for Fluid Mechanics I and II, Statics, Physics, and Mathematics (introduction to calculus and applied calculus) since 2014. I have gotten several awards and I am acknowledged several times by the Department of Mathematics and Physics at U of M for being a great TA. I really like teaching and I enjoy doing that. I have a lot of experiences in teaching and I can transfer my knowledge easily. I am very patient, flexible, adjustable, respectful and motivated in my personal life and also in teaching and I think they are very important keywords. The way that I do my tutoring is that I try to teach the concept very well and understandable with solving some examples. I also involve students in practicing the topic in the session with asking questions. I also make sure the students fully understand the topic . As homework, I will give the students some questions similar to what they will see in the real exam and I expect them to submit them in the next session.
